Kids say the craziest things! I recently asked my kids these questions and these are the answers I received:

1) What is something Mommy always says to you?
“Come get your laundry.” “Go outside and ride your bike.”

2) What makes Mommy happy?
“If we let her put up a post.” “Obeying”

3) What makes Mommy sad?
“When I back talk.” “Hateful talking.” “when we are growing up.”

4) How does Mommy make you laugh?
“When she says stuff that is funny.” “When she makes funny faces & laughs.”

5) What was Mommy like as a child?
“She wore glasses.” “She was a dork..giggle.” “Curly hair.” (True, I wasn’t very popular ;))

6) How old is Mommy?
“39” “55” “39” (I am 38)

7) How tall is Mommy?
” A little over 5′” “As tall as the chandelier.” “A million centimeters.”

8) What is Mommy’s favorite thing to do?
“Blog and hang out with Mrs. Beth.” “Blog” “Never spend time with us.” <– :(

9) What does Mommy do when you are not around?
“Blog” “Do laundry” “Get on laptop”

10) If Mommy becomes famous, what will it be for?
“Blogger” “Blogger” <— ugh. “For us.”

11) What is Mommy really good at?

12) What is Mommy not good at?
“Fashion Shopping”

13) What does Mommy do for her job?

14) What is Mommy’s Favorite Food?

15) What makes you proud of Mommy?
“Big Blogger” “Mom of 3 Kids” “Super Mom” “Does chores”

16) If Mommy was a cartoon character, who would she be?
“Computer Genius.”

17) What do you and Mommy do together?
“We don’t do a lot together, just me and her. Shopping sometimes.”

18) How are you and Mommy the same?
“We both like to wear skirts.”

19) How are you and Mommy different?
“Fashion trends.”

20) How do you know Mommy loves you?
“Because we have a home, food, clothes, and we are homeschooled.” “She tells me.”

21) Where is Mommy’s favorite place to go?
“The beach.”

WOW, these answers have been a real eye opener for me. Now, I know where I need to change and be a better “Mommy”. See, I am here with them. But, not “here” with them. This leaves me with a lot to think about.

These are the real answers from my three children. My youngest two didn’t stick around for all of the questions. I don’t know if I could bear any more! Whew!
