    Yes, and that is such a sad thing. We participate in the Operation Christmas Child shoebox program every year. We make six boxes – one for each gender for each age group. I always make sure to put first aid stuff, toothbrushes (yes multiples), soap, etc.

    Yes, and it is great that organizations like this exist. I read yesterday about how half the world has to cook with fire to make food, too (no ovens/stoves, etc..).

    Yes, I certainly do. Even in my own family, poverty is there. I love that there is a donation involved! I worked three food banks in town just because I want to give back to my community.

    I guess I never really thought about children without a toothbrush. I cannot imagine a child without one, so knowing this company is sending some to children in need really inspires me.

    Honestly, I never thought about how less fortunate people brush their teeth! I think of obvious things such as food, clothing, and shelter; but lack of a toothbrush never crossed my mind!! How sad!

    I’m aware that there are people all over the world – including in the USA – who don’t have things that we consider basic needs, like toothbrushes. It’s very kind of Smile Squared to donate toothbrushes to needy kids.

  38. I collect bamboo items(among other things)…. this would be used as decoration for an inspiration for my nephew to brush their teeth!

    Im sure that poor children that don’t have enough food to eat probably don’t have toothbrushes sad to say. Glad this Co is doing something about that

  51. I am blessed that my son has full insurance coverage…I however pay for all dental and vision. So, I get it.
